  • Where can I purchase tickets?

 

Online at www.Seaweeders.org; by credit card (Scroll to top of page and click on "Buy Tickets"

 

By mail  - send a check made out to the Seaweeders Garden Club, PO Box 191, Bay Head, NJ 08742  Please print and include the order form  (click on the "Ticket Order Form" button below)

No physical ticket will be sent to you.   Check in starting at 10am at the Bay Head Yacht Club to pick up your program, map to the gardens, and lunch seating time and lunch wristband.

 

  • Where do I pick up my tickets, & what are the details on the Luncheon?

 

Ticket & Program Guide may be picked up starting at 10 AM at the Bay Head Yacht Club, 111 Metcalfe Street, Bay Head, NJ. Lunch Seating times are 11-12:30PM; and 1-2:30PM. At time of ticket purchase you will be asked for your seating preference and we will do our best to accommodate this request.  You will receive your seating assigned time when you pick up your tickets.

 

  • Where is the Boutique?

 

The Boutique will be held at the Bay Head Yacht Club and open from 10AM-3PM. The Boutique will accept Credit cards, cash or check for purchases.

 

  • What happens if it rains?

 

The tour will take place rain or shine.  We hope to have a beautiful, sunny day but we will hold the event even if Mother Nature challenges us.

 

  • How do I get to the gardens?

 

A map of the town with addresses and garden descriptions is included in the Program Guide.

 

We will have two complimentary hop on-hop off shuttle vans available that will follow the tour loop.

 

Be aware, there could be limited parking on the street of each garden.

 

Biking is a fun and easy way to get around and is encouraged.  Walking would make it difficult to get to all the gardens during tour times.

 

Parking is available at the BHYC and we strongly encourage carpooling.

 

  • My plans changed and I can’t make it.  What can I do?

While we hope everyone is able to attend, we understand things come up.   We are unable to issue refunds for this event.  

 

You may gift your ticket to a friend. Send your friend an email that says your name (should be the name of the person who purchased originally) and who you are gifting to so that they can show this at registration.   

 

Or, your ticket funds will be a kind donation to our Garden Club to fund our mission to promote gardening and support our community involvement. We thank you.
